We would love for you to be part of our Cine Gear experience!
All Booth Ambassador volunteers will get a complimentary Cine Gear badge, (which would otherwise be $25 to $75).
Being a Booth Ambassador at the WiMLounge is a wonderful way to meet with members, vendors, and foster relationships with collaborators.
You are welcome to volunteer for multiple shifts and multiple roles.

We will load up and go over to Universal Gate 8

10:00 AM to 12:30 PM (Expo opens at 11 AM)
12:00 PM to 3:00 PM
2:30 PM to 5:30 PM
5:00 PM to 7:30 PM
SATURDAY JUNE 6 SHIFTS
9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Expo opens at 10 AM)
11:30 to 2:00 PM
1:30 to 4:00 PM
4:00 to 6:30 PM + LOAD OUT
Planning Ahead
You will need to arrive at least 30 minutes before your shift start time because parking is really far away.
Wear comfortable shoes!
