About This Event

Women In Media and The Alliance of Women Directors got together to mix and mingle at The exclusive Britely club! This happy hour provided a unique opportunity for networking, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas between above and below the line filmmakers. The exclusive setting of The Britely club added a touch of sophistication, creating a conducive environment for meaningful connections. When women and gender non-conforming folks come together, it not only fosters a sense of community, but also contributes to empowerment and visibility in our industry. WiM + AWD Happy Hour at The Britely was a dynamic and inspiring occasion for accomplished professionals in both organizations (many of whom are in both).

Networking Beyond Happy Hour

Those who opted-in received a contact sheet of attendees via email. We suggest that folks have lunch or coffee with at least three to four attendees after the event to build their network.
