CAMERAderie: Act Two – Above the Line Speed Networking

Heads up ~ Producers, Line Producers, Associate Producers, Executive Producers, and Co-Producers!

Women in Media is offering an opportunity for Above The Line Speed Networking to develop relationships necessary for successful productions. Among the other attendees, you’ll have the opportunity to network with the 2020/21 CAMERAderie Finalists & Semi-Finalists who are specifically looking to build their teams for their shorts.

The goal of this event is to match talent with great projects. We do not guarantee a match. However, we hope that you find future collaborators!

The December 16th event will be virtual. Attendees should stay for the entire 2-hour event, be prepared to pitch themselves, and say what they are looking for (ex: collaborate on a project) as well as what they can offer to others (ex: producing services). Participate in as many conversations as possible!

Who May Attend Above The Line Speed Networking

This event is strictly for Women In Media Above the Line: writers, directors, producers. There will be a networking event for Below the Line members in the coming months. Finalists and Semi-finalists: please INVITE those producers who you are interested in working with, or who have reached out about collaborating with you. Producers must attend this event in order to Produce for CAMERAderie.

Beyond This Event

There will be a contact sheet sent to everyone who attends, based on the information on the RSVP form.  Following the event, attendees are encouraged to set up virtual coffees to continue the conversation and to discuss opportunities available on upcoming projects. Please make sure that your Crew List profile is up to date. You will be vetted and it will be part of the contact sheet.
