On March 23rd, Women In Media and the ASC Vision Committee joined Cinemoves for a hands on workshop aimed at women and POC who are interested in working with, or learning more about, camera remote heads and cranes in an effort to bring more inclusivity to bigger budget crews. Cinemoves is always looking for people who could join their team as technicians, and want to see more women and POC  working and trained with this specialized gear.

Everyone had a blast getting hands on experience with equipment usually reserved for big studio films, and riding in the Tom Car for a car chase. We bonded over gear, and made new friendships and work connections.
