Cristin was classically trained in animation and cinematography at Harvard and CalArts where she studied under Derek Lamb, Janet Perlman, Suzan Pitt, and Jules Engel. Over the course of her career, she has worked on over 70 films and venue shows since 1995 as a VFX supervisor, match-move supervisor, stereo supervisor, CG supervisor, and compositor.

Her experience includes supervising on many sets (Madison Square Garden, Lytro, Meteor, Cinesite), creating extremely high-resolution immersive footage (MSG), developing light field cinema and VR (Lytro), and developing pipelines (MSG & Lytro.) She also has very strong skills in color science, shot planning, bidding, client/vendor relations, development of new technology and techniques, and team leadership.
