Rachel serves as the Director of Operations and Executive Board Secretary for Women In Media. She brings strategic vision and operational excellence to advance the organization’s mission of fostering inclusion in the entertainment industry. She actively contributes to the organization’s governance and decision-making as well as the day-to-day operations.

Her professional philanthropic journey includes a rich history as an event producer, fundraiser, and grant giver. Rachel served as Development for the 49ers Foundation, working on grants, charitable giving, and events. She rose to become the Development Director for Hope Services where in addition to typical development duties, she liaised with the board and helped clients with job placement. Rachel is the founder of Filmtoys, a toy drive spanning 5 years to bring magic to the lives of Los Angeles families in need during the holidays. 

Rachel is the Chief Strategy Officer at Filmcraft Studio Gear, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the direction of the company. 

Rachel’s love of the arts started with a childhood spent around legendary musicians, leading to a career in sales, marketing, and artist relations for a number of guitar and accessory companies. She has a passion for writing, the arts, and entrepreneurship. Her multifaceted background reflects a commitment to making a positive impact on the entertainment industry.
