After 12 years in TV Post Production, Katrina transitioned into the training and employee development space and worked in HR for almost 3 years. Now, she’s the Chief Operations Officer for Kinetic Instruction, an instructional design and e-learning company, and spends her free time working on projects to enrich the lives of freelance entertainment workers.
In Post, Katrina post supervised several seasons of “Project Runway” and “Project Runway All Stars,” and one season of the short-lived but awesome “Jim Henson’s Creature Shop Challenge.” She loved the opportunity to mentor young crew along the way, and has continued that practice by volunteering as a mentor with the Creative Futures Collective.
She strongly believes that the future of the entertainment industry lies in parity, equity, inclusion, and stronger manager training.
