Milena Montero is an Argentine producer and filmmaker based in Los Angeles. Her multicultural journey from Argentina to China to the United States shapes her unique global perspective and distinctive approach to the filmmaking process.
Influenced by Latin American magical realism, Milena crafts stories at the intersection of art and activism. With diverse experience across documentaries, narrative films, and commercials, she is dedicated to using storytelling as a tool for change.
She is a graduate of Ringling College of Art and Design, where she earned her BFA in Film and Branded Entertainment with minors in Business of Art and Design, Photography and Imaging, and Film Studies. Her work has screened at over 50 film festivals worldwide, earning recognition including Telly Awards, ADDY Awards, and a Student Emmy nomination.
