Michelle Clementine pulls from her immigrant roots to tell universal tales with sublime minimalism. Her career began with an internship at TriBeCa Film festival in 2005. After graduating with a BFA in Film Production at Brooklyn College, The Bronx native joined IATSE Local 600 Camera Guild in 2010 and worked on Oscar winning projects like SPOTLIGHT and IF BEALE STREET COULD TALK. In 2018, Clementine was part of the first ever Cinematography Intensive for Women at American Film Institute and began shooting a slate of short form narrative films. While gaining this experience, Clementine has been an advocate for inclusive film crews, which earned her the honor of ICG Magazine's December 2021 Change Maker Issue.
